Try Hushlid for up to 30 nights. If it doesn't become part of your night, we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Once your return is received, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or not working?
If your Hushlid arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, send us a short photo or video of the issue and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

- Please include all original parts with your return.
- Bundle orders can be refunded per item.
